Welcome to Visit St. Lucia!

This 27-mi by 14-mi volcanic island will make you think you're somewhere deep in the pacific.  St. Lucia looks unlike any other Caribbean with high mountains, deep rainforests and Fantasy Island-like waterfalls.  This beauty is what draws so many visitors every year, but St. Lucia still remains a quiet secret amongst veteran Caribbean travelers

St. Lucia is part of the Windward islands, located between Martinique and St. Vincent and west of Barbados.  It's home to 150,000 residents that mostly live in St. Lucia's main cities of Castries, Gros Islet, Soufrière and Vieux Fort.

Those city names reflect St. Lucia's history of switching between British and French control. St. Lucia now is now an independent state in the Commonwealth of Nations, formerly the British Commonwealth and English is the spoken language.

But St. Lucia also has some great beaches, boasts four (soon to be five) golf courses and has some of the best cricket players in the world.  So there are plenty of things to do in St. Lucia.  Visit our pages to learn more!
